Faulted Items

If, on the rare occasion you receive a faulted item, please inform our customer service team by email at myleyscloset@yahoo.com within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.  Please include as much detail in your email as possible including images of the item in full as well as the fault. 

We will then contact the relevant brand with the information given, and they may request to see the physical item.  We will then contact you to request that the item is returned to us.  We must receive this within 14 days of our request. Failure to send the item within this period will result in the matter being closed.  

It is at the discretion of the manufacturer as to the action that is taken. This may be in the form of repair, refund or replacement.  If the manufacturer deems there has been any misuse of the item or finds the item has not been used for its intended purpose the item will be returned to you. If the manufacturer decides to repair an item, the item will be sent to them for repair, then be returned to you once we receive the item back from the manufacturer.  This period can be varied depending on the fault and the location of the manufacturer. 

All items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with all tags and in the original undamaged packaging, including all boxes, dust bags and sleeves. If you decide to wear / use the item after reporting its fault you have then accepted this item and therefore is no longer eligible for return / refund

Please bear in mind that all items are inspcted on return, and those with wear and tear rather than an a fault, may not be refunded in full, and will be returned to you.

Prices and Product Availability
We endeavour to update our website constantly to make sure all prices, availability and descriptions of products are accurate and free of error. In the unlikely event that an item has incorrect information, we shall inform you as soon as we are made aware of such an error.

All prices displayed are Inclusive of VAT.

Delivery costs are extra unless stated, please refer to the delivery section of our website for full details.


Cancelling Your Order

Under Consumer Regulations you have the right to cancel your order as long as you do so no later than 14 days from the day on which you receive the goods.

Please check exclusions to this under returns exclusions within our returns policy section of the website.

You must inform us of your wish to cancel in writing by email within 14 days beginning on the day you receive your goods.

Please refer to our returns policy and follow instructions on how to return your order to us.

We cannot accept alternative items for returns, please look closely at the items you return to us. If you return or attempt to return an alternative item, you will still be responsible for paying for the original item purchased. We will not return the wrong item to you unless you pre-pay for its return.

Orders and Contract

Your order is accepted and a contract is formed between us once we dispatch the goods to you.

Until the goods are dispatched your order may not be accepted by us.

Purchases will be charged for on the day the goods are ordered.


During busy sale periods your order may be delayed. Please log into your account, from there you are able to check the status of your order.  If you wish to speak to Customer Service, please quote your order in your email.


Bought in store 

To return your item(s) bought in store for a credit note or an exchange, visit our Store, to find our address and check opening times
